PLUS:
Bariatric Dietitian + Nutrition Coach
Over the past 11 years as a bariatric dietitian, I've worked with pre-op, newly post-op, and seasoned bariatric patients. What I've noticed is that there is a big emphasis on support the first year post-op but, then what?
Many of my private clients come to me wanting more. More personalized guidance, more support, and more for themselves. They have deeply important goals, they just need help to get there.
I created REVIVE + THRIVE as a way to continue supporting women post-operatively, but in a group setting, and with a framework that I've practiced for years. We'll start by setting up a solid nutritional foundation and then build more layers and amplify the outcomes.
I'm so excited to be able to offer this program and can't wait to have you join!
The program is 3 months long, from June 24th until September 15th.
The group will meet every week starting June 24th, and the group will complete a poll to determine the best day and time for the group call.
You may pay with your FSA/HSA, but insurance does not cover this type of service with a private practice Dietitian. We have 3 and 4-month payment plans that start under $400. If you would like to pay with FSA/HSA please get in touch with Megan to send you an HSA/FSA-approved invoice.
If you have any questions, be sure to reach out to Megan or set up a time for a call. If you are not sure about this program, what is the alternative? Where will you be in 3 months without this support?
If what you were doing was working, you wouldn’t be reading this FAQ. The framework that I’ll be using has been used with hundreds of post-op patients. With your dedication, there is no reason you cannot obtain the results that Megan’s clients have enjoyed.
Many traditional bariatric surgery programs focus on getting you to surgery but then leave you on your own afterward to figure out the rest. Whether you’re in your first year, or many years post-op, navigating food, weight loss, and healthy habits can feel overwhelming or confusing if you aren't given the right tools, knowledge, and steps to feel confident. Traditional diets focus on cutting out foods or eating less and less to support weight loss but this program is all about nutrition by ADDITION. Here we are focused on building meals that support your goals, and nutritional needs all while feeling satisfied so that you have less hunger and cravings. And, we’re diving deep into the mental and emotional side of food too, so you have tools and strategies to navigate the challenges that real life brings.
“After starting with Megan I have dropped 10 pounds, have more energy, and feel so much better overall!" ”
“Before working with Megan I felt defeated and alone, now I feel so confident. I decided to work with her because I was ready to lose the weight I put on after surgery, to kick start my goals. Now I am confident about my choices...I know I can do this.”
“Before working with Megan I had a lot of negative body talk and self criticism... Starting off strong one day and then quitting. I really loved the support system Megan provided by finding solutions that worked within my life instead of a list of rules to conform to. Megan provided me with so many practical tools to make what feels overwhelming, do-able. I’ve been able to really understand the meaning of progress over perfection and not giving up when I treat myself. My focus has shifted to a more intentional approach, and keeping the vision of who I want to be in the future as a reminder of my “why”. Megan is fantastic! Absolutely! I would recommend her to anyone looking to form better habits for long term success, not just weight loss surgery patients. ”
